2022 ITA 4th of July AGENDA
Medallion Hunt: Friday, July 1 (noon) until Sunday, July 3 (6PM).
- 2022 will be the 8th year for the MH. This year’s prize: $100. Special thanks to Narveson Management for stepping up once again to sponsor the MH.
- Clues will be posted at the Pro Shop starting at noon on Friday, July 1. Additional clues go up until someone has found the Medallion and presented it to Cameron Romer, Unit 247.
- Clue schedule: Friday, Saturday and Sunday: Noon & 6PM.
- The winner will be recognized at the Awards Ceremony on Monday the 4th.
ITA Artists’ Events: Friday, July 1 – Monday, July 4th
- ITA members, their friends, guests, and families are encouraged to create 30-seond Patriotic Videos &/or Rock Sculptures on the shoreline near their units.
- Forward your video or a picture of your sculpture to Amy (amy@narvesonmgmt.com) who will feature our artists’ work at the ITA website.
Golf Cart Parade: Our signature event: Monday, July 4th – 12:30 – 2:00 PM.
- This year’s two golf cart themes: Tribute to America & Life at the Lake.
- Parade will stage in the parking lot adjacent to Black Brook’s 1st Tee at 12:30 PM.
- Parade begins no later than 12:45 PM.
- Parade Route: West to the Tennis Courts; East on Tuxedo Road; past the front of the Resort, and East across the Bridge to finish at ITA’s East End Swim Dock Lawn – where our crack judging team will recognize the winning entries.
Awards Ceremony: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM, East End Swim Dock Lawn, Monday, July 4th.
- Arrive early (by 1:00 PM) to plant your lawn chairs, enjoy the music and your beverages of choice, and join your friends and neighbors in welcoming the golf cart parade and cheering for the Medallion Hunt and Golf Cart winners.
- Take part in the FREE Ice Cream Social.
- Renew acquaintances and catch up on old times. .
Ice Cream Social: 1:30 PM – 2:00 PM (During the Awards Ceremony), East End Swim Dock Lawn

All other expenses associated with the 4th of July Celebration, most notably golf cart prizes, are dependent on the generosity of our members. So, we welcome cash or prize donations – which help assure that every kid’s engagement and patriotism will be rewarded.
